This is the recording of my Zoom class from May 1 2020, Wall Yoga. We will be incorporating a wall, or any flat wall-like surface, into our yoga practice to deepen the poses and access new areas in our bodies. This class will be done entirely at the wall.

Props needed: -a wall, door, dresser or any flattish surface that is almost as tall as you -a strap, scarf, belt, or any object that can be used like a yoga strap -a pillow or blanket for padding and elevation of the pelvis to ease hamstring strain.
