Move, groove, and soothe within this dance of yoga poses, breath, and awareness. Flow practices link the breath to the body, creating a meditative experience. Hatha Flow is the practice of linking the breath to the body as one moves from pose to pose, pausing within each pose to deepen the awareness in/of the body. We continuously come back to the stillpoint as we move through a dance of traditional Hatha poses, yoga therapy poses, awareness anchors, and mindfulness. All levels are welcomed and even the most advanced practitioners will find value in this integrative practice.
