Prajnaparadha, or crimes against wisdom, is the Ayurvedic concept that when we abandon ourselves by ignoring what we know to be true, we create imbalance and dis-ease in our body and mind. Our wisdom is that innate knowing; the voice in our head; the feeling in our gut. It is our connection to our Highest Self and inevitably, Creator.
Society, Ancestors, Family… these all LOVE to tell us what we “should” do, but we are the conductor of our own orchestra and the only ones that can make the most educated decision for ourselves. Imagine a conductor trying to lead an orchestra playing a different piece of music. The music that comes from that is going to sound off in timing and cadence.
How much of your life seems right, but something just sounds/feels wrong?
In this talk, I will cover what these crimes against Self might look like and simple ways we can steer our way back to ourselves, back to our truth, and back to our home. Please join me for this transformation time together. There will be plenty of time for you to ask questions!
